Maria J. una madre deportada llamó al Café Con Leche Radio el viernes 23 de febrero de 2018. Ella vino a los Estados Unidos en 1999. Está casada y tiene 4 hijos. Tres de ellos son ciudadanos estadounidenses. uno está deshabilitado. María vivía en Aurora, Colorado. Ella tenía su propio negocio. Fue detenida en 2012 por no tener las luces del auto encendidas. Ella fue a la corte y el juez mantiene la deportación bajo la condición de informar periódicamente a ICE. Asistió varias veces hasta abril de 2017, cuando fue detenida y deportada. Ella dejó a todos sus hijos en los Estados Unidos. El mayor es un DREAMER y está estudiando y trabajando. María no quería quitarles a sus hijos la oportunidad de tener una buena educación. Su esposo ahora está a cargo de todos los niños. María vive cerca de la ciudad de México.

Maria J. a Deported mother called into Cafe Con Leche Radio on Friday, Feb 23, 2018. She came to the United States in 1999. She is married and has 4 children. Three of them are American citizens, an one is disable. Maria was living in Aurora, Colorado. She had her own business, She was detained in 2012 for not having her car lights on. She went to court and the judge hold the deportation under the condition to periodically report to ICE. She attended several times until April 2017, when she was detained and deported. She left all her children. The oldest is a DREAMER and is studying and  working. One of the children born in the United States is disable. Maria did not want to take away their children opportunities of having a good education. Her husband now is in charge of all the children. Maria is living near Mexico City.
