Durango Representative in L. A.

LUIS ERNESTO GARCÍA BARRÓN, Director of the Institute of Attention and Protection to the Migrants and their Families of the State of Durango in Mexico called into Cafe Con Leche on Wed. January 16, 2019, from Los Angeles, CA.  He indicated that the Durango Government is sponsoring a program to allow undocumented immigrants who came to Durango, to have the opportunity to receive the visit of their families living in Mexico. The families living in the U. S. pay for the fingerprints process, so their families can get a visa to come for a few days to visit their families. Usually, these families have been separated for many, many years.
