Rob Parris, Chairman of the JPA of the Antelope Valley Fair on Cafe Con Leche

Rob Parris, Chairman of the Joint Powers Authority of the Antelope Valley Fair was on Cafe Con Leche on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
We discussed how the fair is organized and the Strategic Planning efforts recently done to involve the JPA and the Boards of Directors of the 50th District Agricultural Association, the Antelope Valley Fair Association and the Friends of the Fair. 

Mr. Parris also told us that the Fair and Alfalfa Festival will be held in August from Friday 18th  to Sunday 27. He announced the events of interest for the Latino community  On Sunday, August 22,  La Arrolladora Banda El Limon and on  Tuesday, August 22, The Gabriel Iglesias FluffyMania: 20 years of Comedy Tour. Mr. Parris invited the Latino community to come and enjoy these events and to spend some hours in «La Plaza» built  for their enjoyment.

Discutimos cómo se organiza la feria y los esfuerzos de Planeacion Estrategice realizados recientemente para involucrar a JPA y las Juntas Directivas de la Asociación Agrícola del Distrito 50, la Asociación de la Feria del Valle del Antelope y los Amigos de la Feria.

El Sr. Parris también nos dijo que el Festival de Feria y Alfalfa se celebrará en agosto del viernes 18 al domingo 27. Anunció los eventos de interés para la comunidad latina El domingo 22 de agosto, La Arrolladora Banda El Limón y el martes, agosto 22, Gabriel Iglesias, FluffyMania: 20 años de Comedia Tour. El Sr. Parris invitó a la comunidad latina a venir y disfrutar de estos eventos y pasar unas horas en «La Plaza» construido para su disfrute.
