Thomas Elias called into Cafe Con Leche

Thomas Elias, syndicated columnist and author based in Santa Monica, whose articles  appear in the Antelope Valley Press, the Daily Breeze, Long Beach Press Telegram and the Ventura County Star called into Café Con Leche on Thursday, June 1, 2017.
We discussed President Trump Budget proposal and the Russian involvement investigation. Thomas said that the former FBI Director Comey will testify in Congress about his conversations with President Trump; however the Special Prosecutor Robert Miller, could advise him  not to testify in some information that is key for him to continue his own investigation. 
Tom indicated that Republicans never will Impeach  President Trump but they could pressure him to resign, if it is necessary. The Congressmen are only interested in keeping his own positions  and if they believe that President Trump put in risk their positions in the 2018 election.

Thomas dijo que el ex director del FBI, Comey, testificará en el Congreso sobre sus conversaciones con el presidente Trump; Sin embargo el Fiscal Especial Robert Miller, podría aconsejarle que no testificará en alguna información que es clave para que él continúe su propia investigación.
Tom indicó que los republicanos nunca acusarán al Presidente Trump, pero podrían presionarlo para que renuncie, si es necesario. Los congresistas sólo están interesados en mantener sus propias posiciones y si creen que el presidente Trump puso en riesgo sus posiciones en las elecciones de 2018, le pediran que se vaya.
